Afternoon Camel Tour in Alice Springs Central Australia
Take a one-hour camel ride through White Gums Station to enjoy sweeping outback views, get up close to the MacDonnell Ranges and make friends with some gentle camels. What better vantage point than from the top of a camel to catch sight of kangaroos and other native wildlife? Feel the magic and serenity as you settle into a peaceful ride at sunset aboard our ‘ships of the desert’, the same mode of transport used by Australian outback settlers.
Visit the ‘Camel Lounge’ to learn about these adorable creatures and browse a range of souvenirs. Chat with friendly ‘cameleers’ about the history of camels in Central Australia and camel farm life.
